Protect tips of laser engraving and cutting machine

In order to ensure safe production and high efficiency, daily maintenance and protect of machines would be the first priority .Here are several points on how to make your laser engraving cutting machine perform best .

1.  Make sure the good connection to earth .Necessity of this lies in: 1) Make sure the smooth working of laser power source

2) Prolong the life span of laser tube

3) Keep the stability of machine bed from the outside disturbing

4) Protect the power lines from being disturbed by occasional release of high pressure.

2. Make sure the good circulation of cooling water .water temperature better to be kept between 15~20 degrees.

3. Make sure the cleanness of the machine, well-ventilated and timely-maintained. 

4. Pay attention to the temperature and humidity .Points to be noted:

1) Avoid the cooling water in laser tubes to be frozen

2) Pre-heating of the laser power at least 5 minutes every time the machine is started. 

5. Keep a distance from high-power and high-vibration equipments.

6. Protect the machine from Thunder and lightning.

7. Keep the stability of control system – the PC card.

8. Oil the guide rail once a week.

9. Empty and clean the exhaust fan once a month.

10. Firm the screws once a month.

11. Keep the lens clean, to improve the reflection efficiency and better effect.
